An email address to contact the bank? I would look for one relating to the fraud team.

I would use the general enquiry form on this page if you want to find out what your options are:

https://www.cifas.org.uk/individuals

Or the 'Apply for a Protective Registration' link on the same page if you've decided you want to go down that route.

It's £25 for 2 years.. it'll mean getting credit/ bank products set up take longer because of extra checks. But it should stop fraudsters taking out credit cards etc.
Worth it for peace of mind imo.

Yes, it sounds like quite a serious breach so £12 a year is probably worth it.
