a previous girlfriend had a portwine stain on her face, she used a green (I think) foundation to mask the different skin colour before doing her make up- it was very effective

I wouldn't recommend applying products on damaged skin... but possibly a lightweight foundation/concealer, or powder

put on some aloe vera, it might help to cool down the redness and won't do any harm like any makeup products

Try green concealer and use a light foundation over the top. Heavy foundation can irritate skin and I dont know what age you are but if your in your 20s no7 have a new good skin care range for rosacea and that type of thing
