Can you I do occupational therapy with criminology as a BTEC, but religious studies and English language as my A levels?
Yes, depending on the university you are applying to you should be able to complete a mixture of BTEC's and A levels provided they make the university required UCAS points for that specific course. 
I would recommend using the UCAS Calculator (https://www.ucas.com/ucas/tariff-calculator) to check how many points your qualification will provide you.

You will need to check the Entry Requirements section on the course page of uni websites as some OT courses require a science subject.This is a good place to start your search:
