Many different factors could be the cause of this.

Why am I spotting so much but no period........
You may experience spotting instead of a period for a number of reasons, including pregnancy, menopause, ovulation, stress, and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Other medical conditions, trauma, smoking, and taking birth control pills can also cause spotting. Spotting is not like menstrual flow.

I would suggest you perhaps go and speak to your GP about it okay.

Okay.
I would suggest that you perhaps phone the NHS 111 and speak to someone there for further advice first as they will hopefully tell you what and where you should go to rather than waste A&E time as they are so busy and you don't want to be sitting there for lot's of hours.

Have you got medication for the pain as if so does it help when you take it.

So if you are regularly seeing pink outside of your period, it is worth discussing a fibroid screening with your OBGYN but it might not be necessary. You definitely need to seek medical advice.

Your period can come later than normal even if you normally regular.
The colouring you described in your other thread sounds like your period is coming but slowly but for peace of mind for yourself then just contact NHS 111 for advice as better safe than sorry.

Possibly NHS 111 will tell you whether you should attend a appointment at the nearest hospital ( similar to a minor injury clinic) and they will do further tests for you.

i have searched it up and i believe its because i have a job at mc donalds (the pain has beem normal beforehand) but the flow is probably light because of my rubbish diet and working thetr for about almost 3 years now since i was 16. i think i lack nutrients but i do need to ring 111 for the advice about the pain! thanks!
also how do i get good nutrients back up? does this flow and pain count as a period? i have an app for periods, would i class this as a peripd or spotting?
so confusing!
i really appreciate your help too:smile:

Yeah eating McDonald's every day isn't going to help your diet right enough.

You need to start eating foods that are healthy for you. Talking to your GP as they will refer you to a dietician for help with this.

Unfortunately guessing what is wrong isn't helping you okay...... You won't be wasting NHS time with phoning them to see if they can give you advice especially with the pain.

Depends on how long it lasts ( if it similar timing of your periods each month then you could class spotting as a period but not necessary)

You can PM me if you choose to.
I can give you advice best I can but can't give you exact medical advice as this is best coming from your GP.

No worries about trying to help you.
Let's know what NHS 111 says okay and hopefully things will settle for you soon but if you are in severe pain then perhaps not going to work like that may be helpful until you feel 100% better.

no it isn’t:frown:

i get really nervous but i’ll just have to phone them. my periods can be anywhere from 38 days to 4 months (very irregular) and its 30 days today so its very early for me.

thank you for offering that! that’s so kind ajd i really appreciate that!

my mum has advised me to see my GP and ask to be referred to a gynaecologist again but im not sure if that would work. i’ll see what the GP thinks is best.

you have gave a lot of amazing advice i do appreciate it all:smile: thank you

Listen to what your mum said to you about it and do seek GP advice and hopefully they will refer you to the specialist at the hospital ,I think the GYN would be the best option for you and see what they can do as you can't keep suffering this way especially being young.

Very irregular periods are nuisance for some people but not uncommon. Have you been on the birth control either pill or the implant to see if it helps you with things.

You are welcome okay 😊😊😊 as I can only give you best advice I can do as you have to obviously do the next part by getting advice from your GP.

And you are certainly welcome to PM anytime.

Keep me posted on how you doing and what happens with GP and hospital. Xx
