Advanced Higher Chemistry Project

I’ve decided to test the nutrition in fruits compared to their fruit juice counterparts and am just wondering if the outcome might be a bit obvious? I expect the nutritional value of fruits to be better but does that affect my grade or do they focus on my process to get there? To give more context on what I’m measuring I’m measuring vitamin C content and sugar (I.e glucose and fructose) levels in the fruits and fruit juices.
If anyone has any insight or suggestions on this project that would be great! Thanks!
