Tenancy takeover

Hiya, l have a lovely en-suit in a luxury private student accommodation right in heart on Liverpool (just opposite the Lime Street Station) for a takeover. The room is paid for until mid January 2024. I do not want any money back (rent + deposit) l just want to move out asap. There’s only 2 other flatmates on the floor. The room is on the highest floor (13th/penthouses level). The rent is £166 a week. The property is brand new only signed off September this year. The property has: - WiFi - karaoke room - cinema room - dartboard/pool room - communal TV - gym on site - sky lounge - soundproof study room - CCTV/security on site - post collection - all utility bills included - contents insurance included l can sent pictures through to people who are interested. I am able to move out anytime.
