A levels

Thinking of taking English lit/lang and politics next year for a level. Wondering what a good 3rd option would be. Already considering History but don’t particularly wish to do 3 essay based subjects. Any thoughts?

Have you thought ahead to what you might like to do after A levels, and what subjects might be useful for that?
Which GCSE subjects are you best at?
Which GCSE subjects do you enjoy the most?

It would depend on what you want to do in the future, i know most career paths don't necessarily require maths but it's always an advantage.
So if you want to do a non-essay based subject, maths is a really good option.

Or you could also take a science (E.G: Biology - does have an essay section in one of the papers, not that hard imo).
It could open up more successful career paths under healthcare, etc.

But all in all, it's better to decide your 3rd subject based on what uni course and career you wanna do in the future.
If it's something like Law, I'd take history/psychology. Sciences and maths definitely won't affect whether you get into law tho, and you could then get into a more specialised field with sciences such as medical law.
