Looking for tenancy replacement in Edinburgh

Hi, I am ending my tenancy in student accommodation in Edinburgh am and looking for someone to take over. The room is in a 5-person flat right next to Royal Mile, 15-minute walk from The University of Edinburgh (George Square). The room is 13 sqm with a large window, large bed, furnished and with an private bathroom. The flat is shared with other 4 students, also from the university. Common areas include kitchen, living room. As well as the ones included in the building /accommodation (laundry room, common room, outdoor social space, bike storage ...) The area includes a Tesco right in front, and direct access to Royal Mile and Holyrood Park at a 5 min walk, among other cultural-historical landmarks nearby. Move in date is flexible from 26th December, although can technically move in from the 20th if necessary.
