Accommodation
Hi everyone I am looking for someone to take over my accommodation from January 2024 near Birmingham city center. It’s a two bed flat shared with one other girl (the landlord), includes a shared living room, bathroom and kitchen. Preferably looking for a female only tenant, rent starts at 775 a month for students and 775 + half of council tax and bills a month for none students.
Area is located in Edgbaston only a 5 minute walk from Birmingham city university city south campus, 15 minute walk from five ways train station. 6 minute walk from Morrisons. Lots of bus stops surrounding the area including the tram.
