i remember hearing that at st andrews uni european students get a much lower fee for education. is this true?

and if so, in currently in the process of getting my french passport bc im half french and have dual nationality, would i be able to get a cheaper fee?
(this sounds silly ik but i need to know)

Not any more. Pre Brexit, EU students were in the same fee status category as Scottish students (lower fees) but now they are charged the same as any other international students.
