Do St Andrews offer clearing?

Its now occured within my interest that St Andrews have the course that I have been wanting to do for undergrad (Economics and italian). With my application with responses from the 5 unis on my ucas application, and with there being a minimum of ABB for the entry requirements, does a competitive uni like st andrews offer clearing services?

Is this for sure, I’ve changed my mind on where I want to study, I’m now wanting to study at St Andrews, would I really have to take a gap year to go to St Andrews or can I apply via clearing?
