My employer don't want to pay me

My employer has changed my shift to start 2 hours earlier but didn't notify me, team manager explained that there were posters all over the workplaces but I havent seen any and I was working for past 3 days prior to the day I was allegedly (late) My manager said I wont be paid for that day as I was late and I can use my holiday to cover it if I want to.

3 days before that day I was working not a single manager informed me that on this specific day we start earlier, I didn't receive email, text or letter.

Can you advise me what should I do ?
Speak to your local citizen's advice bureau.

Did you work the day that you were supposedly late?
Whatever the ins and outs were of you being late- they cant just not pay you for hours worked.
If you don't get anywhere with them id speak to either ACAS or the citizens advice bureau.

Oh right.
I was going to say if you actually worked then they would have to pay you. But seeing as you didnt actually work that day then they dont have to.
Although you dont spend long at work, if they put posters etc up then the company has at least tried to inform staff and it is up to the staff to read them. Yes they could have told staff face to face as well as putting the posters up. But the company has at least tried to inform staff. Its not the companies fault if staff dont read them, for wharever reason.
They have at least offered you the chance to use a days holiday to cover that day. They dont have to do that.

I worked for company over 9 years now, my contract is very specific if I turned up for work I have to be paid, our depot have over 1500 people working a poster about schedule change is not really efficient way of communication

If it says that in your contract, then that puts things in a different perspective. You never said that before.
Id double check your contract, then speak to your employer again, explaining what it says in your contract.
If they still refuse to pay you, then id be speaking to either ACAS or citizens advice bureau.

I would advise seeking support from a Trade Union rep, if your a member of a Trade Union. If not, you could phone ACAS, the Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service, you could give them a call on 0300 123 1100 Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm. It's free advice from specialists.
Hope this helps.
