How do I cite an author if I do not know their name? Harvard system

I'm on a Jstor article, and this author keeps on referencing the same article/author because they are using 'Ibid', so I'm assuming this is a chapter as they have already cited them before this chapter. Because of that, I do not know who they are actually referring to, so how am I supposed to cite this unknown author?

The full in-text citiation must be used somewhere in the article - you need to track it down! Find the original source.

Ibid means the author is referencing the same article they did in their last footnote, so you should be able to find the name of the author through looking at the previous footnotes in the article.
