Whey protein causing headaches

Hey!

So I workout or do some form of physical activity almost everyday. So I’ve decided to dabble into protein powders. I’ve taken pea protein and have had no issues.

Recently I decided to try whey. I find that whey give me headaches so if anyone knows why please tell me. And if I carry on drinking whey will it cause any harmful effects as I just want to finish the powder have then go back to pea protein (I have about 50 more servings left 😅) a little stupid for buying such a big bag but I don’t normally have issues with food so just assumed whey wouldn’t give me any issues. I drink about 2 litres of water and have a balanced diet.
