Question About Essay Extension Deadlines as Part of LSP

Hi, wondering if anyone with a learning support plan for ASD/ADHD could help me. I used to have two week extensions for essay deadlines, but the university has just changed them to one week with no explanation.

Student support isn’t great at the best of times, so I wanted to get an idea of what extensions other universities offer before I speak to them. Is two weeks the norm or is it one week? Any help appreciated.

Hi,

So when I had my extensions with my LSP, I had a guaranteed one week extension. However, if it came to this, I could also self certify for another week's extensions, and then if I needed further, I could talk to disability staff, and then I managed to be able to get 3 weeks at one point (this was exenuating circumstances due to dissertation though).
