does anyone know how to get hold of your vaccination records. I cant find on the NHS website or app my vaccination history and me nor my parents can remember if I have had the jabs they ask for or the dates on the occupational health form. Also please can I be added to the GC.

hey, you will need to call up your gp and request them there. if you have had the hep b from work etc, you need to get in touch with the occupational health team where u work
