Getting several sets of values for modelling a circuit in C

So I need to model a circuit in C. I have 5 values, r1, r2, rf, v1 and v2. I have been told that I need to allow the user to input values for each of these variables and then ask to see if they want to add another set of values - to a maximum of 5 times. What is the most efficient method for doing so?
