Which one is better? Liverpool or Durham

I have applied for Msc international business in both the university and I have received the 50% off in my tuition fees from Liverpool university.

I am torn between the state that durham has much more good ranking than Liverpool. Does this will impact my employment or getting a job there?

Does ranking matter also is liverpool actually a good option?

What do you think will be a better option for Msc international business, please let me know.
