T levels @18

I have been studying engineering level 3 @ college, currently in year 2 and unfortunately i will not have enough UCAS points to apply for my degree apprenticeship, they dropped a Ievel maths from the course as wasnt enough interest so i tried applying for A levels to start this year but wouldnt accept me as my english was only a 4, gutted as i was working at 8,s i had a bad exam!
Can i enrol for t levels at 18? i wont be 19 till November and the course would be great to accrue UCAS points i need.
