Exams in University vs Coursework, Lab work and Assignments

Does anyone from this course or any other courses have any insight on exams vs coursework vs assignments vs lab stuff. Like what are your thoughts on them, how did you find them, which is easiest and which is hardest?
I have an offer for Warwick Computer Systems Engineering BEng.
I was wondering if anyone here could give me some insight on what they think of the exams in uni. I looked at the modules and pretty much every module except from a few had some element of exams in it. Do you find this to be ok?
I dont know if i actually dislike exams or if it is just the stigma of it pushing me away. I know coursework can be an issue sometimes since doing projects can be difficult to manage from my experience (having to trust the process).
