Those seem like great options! I think all three subjects would help you move forward to your desired career path after your A Levels, while also keeping your options option as they're a mix of subjects. Remember when choosing your options that choosing what you enjoy is just as important as choosing your subjects for your potential career. You want to stay interested and motivated by your subjects - especially as exam season approaches. But if you enjoy your chosen subjects above, I think they would be great building blocks to move you onto your university studies.
