Parent can't access student finance to support it
I am applying first time for 24/25 finance. My mum has used the link in the email and done her side of the application. When my dad follows the link and adds my details it says it cannot find my application. The first time it asks for my number and which parent he is, then it comes up with my name. It then asks for my number again and my date of birth, after this it says that it cannot find my application anymore. I think it may be because when he made an account he included his middle name and I didn't on my application.
What should I do?

If he’s unable to log in then he’ll need to fill in the paper PFF2 form and then you can upload it on your account instead
