My dad can't log into his student finance account, I don't know why this is happening. It says the login details are incorrect but we are 100% sure that the login details are correct. My parents need to support my student finance application. Pls get back to me ASAP.

Hi there,
If your Dad calls us on 0300 100 0607 we can rest his login details and this will allow him access to his account.
Alternatively, you can complete the PFF2 form and upload it to your account: it doesn't need to be signed. If you do this your Dad doesn't need to login at all.
