Hi, just a quick question..
in your opinion, what do you think needs to be our top medical research priority??

There is a massive array of things all of which could be highly beneficial to mankind.
A lot of it depends wether we pursue what can pay for itself, or what is best in terms of lives saved.
Dried vaccines would be an atomic bomb on the good for mankind front. Nobody will research it though as there is no way to cover the costs.
