Alevel results (urgent)

just received my alevel results and got A*AB (B in chemistry) with 3 marks off an A. I am wanting to apply for medicine this year and have applied for a remark. Has anyone had any experience with this and how long would it take for this to come back. I have an offer for pharmacy to take otherwise as I would much rather not resit. Any tips?

Since you do not have a uni place waiting on your grade then you cannot apply for a priority remark which will be done first. The deadline for priority remarks to be returned is the 6th September, so at the latest I would expect it if you have submitted it today would be shortly after that (as they will progress in order once they have done the priority ones).

Hi, managed to get priority remark so fingers crossed it will get back to me soon!! Chem grade boundaries were really rough this year

Hey I’m in the same boat but 2 marks off an A in bio. Hopefully we hear back soon. What exam board did u do btw

omg its so rough, isn’t it?
All the best to you hopefully you grab that A im biology. Really annoyed with the super high grade boundaries this year its really difficult. What are your plans for this year if things go smoothly? And what are your alternative plans, would you resit? I don’t feel like it would be right to resit personally for me, it seems like like a so close but yet so far situation but I’m here nervously waiting for the remark. 300 marks in total so can hopefully grab up those marks.
