Taking a loan from a bank?
I am sorry if this is a wrong forum.
I will be studying in Scotland this year. Since I am EU student I can't get living-costs grant so my only option is to take a loan from a bank, I guess. Could I take this loan from Scottish bank? Or do I have to be a Scot myself to do it? If it's possible, are there any exemptions for students? I don't know anything about this, so I would be thankful for every bit of information. Perhaps where is a place where I could read more about it?
