Summit Invitation - Korean Peninsula Peace Talks

The Secretary General would like to offer a general invite to all nations to attend a summit on Peace Talks between the DPRK and RoK over the settlement of the Second Korean War and possible eventual transition to a reunified Korean Peninsula.
We also advise that humanitarian issues form a strong pillar of these talks, similar to those proposed by the representative for Georgia.
We also advise that missiles and nuclear technology must be open for debate during these talks.

The Secretary General himself offers UN Blue-Beret status to any nation which wishes it and the Secretariat and MSC will deploy such forces as desired by the participants in the talks, either in the form of peacekeepers or police.

The talks will behin as soon as a general consensus can be reached.

Austria

The Secretariat would like to ask that the Austrian representative consider offering a location for the delegates to meet.
Transport and Security will obviously be key concerns.

As we understand it, the DPRK has withdrawn to its legal internationally recognized borders, around the traditional 38th Parallel.
An area reaching 25miles into legal internationally recognized RoK borders has been set-up as the new De-Militarized Zone (DMZ).
This includes the cities of Musan and Ch'owon.

Brazil kindly accepts this invitation to the Summit.

Should the need for a peacekeeping or police force be needed, Brazil is happy to offer such a force.

[OOC]Are UNO invited?
Also, Mr SG, in your OP, shouldn't it say "As we understand it, the DPRK has withdrawn to its legal internationally recognized borders, around the traditional 38th Parallel.", instead of "As we understand it, the DPRK has withdrawn to its legal internationally recognized borders, around the traditional 28th Parallel." The DPRK would prefer for a police force not to be needed as we are sure both sides can act in a reasonable manner. We are also glad that this is going ahead. We will be arguing for a united Korea and hope to achieve this.
France will send a small delegation to the summit, and once again congratulates both RoK and DPRK on reaching this momentous occasion.
Although France hopes (for the love of God) that this catering arrangement talk isn't going to be a regular thing from now on...

The RoK thanks Austria and the SG for thier efforts, and we kindly accept the invite. The RoK looks forward to discussing a permanent peace solution in the Korean pensisula, as well as the DPRK provocative missiles tests, and the possibility of a reunification with our Korean brothers and sisters in the North.
The Kingdom of The Netherlands is delighted to see the situation progressing through non violent means and will of course be attending the summit.

It is the pleasure of the Secretariat to organize this and we are glad of the response

When do we want to start? Any specifics, such as a program to discuss we want to prepare? I'll probably be most free to post this on Sunday as a full Summit, but the maps etc will still be here.
[ooc]I didnt take part in the war, can I still come? :P[/ooc]
