In my initial reply to your comment I wrote "tearing my hear out". I don't know where it'd appropriate to write hair in a personal statement, haha. Can you imagine?

You shouldn't lose hope though. And as for coming out of my interview, I felt like it went ok. By that I mean that I felt there were things that I said that I was worried about after, and things that I said that I was proud of. I thought I was in with a chance anyway.

Well I have an interview at Newcastle on Thursday but I absolutely love Manchester as a city and as a dental school. Newcastle is also awesome. It will be tough to decide.

Same... I thought some parts were really good esp. the group discussion and some parts could have been better. one of the interviewers said I handled the group discussion well, do you think thats a good indication that he liked me? or was he trying to make me less nervous?

Well, mainly to make things easier on myself and to save a hell of a lot of money.

At the end of the day, all dental schools are pretty much the same, you graduate and get a BDS and become a dentist just like everyone else.

My main reasons for going liverpool were the refurbished dental hospital and the more lectures. But I think living in my own city, staying at home (or maybe living out for the first year which I might do) would be a lot more beneficial and make my life much easier.
