New post about medical school interviews:
http://uclmedic.blogspot.co.uk/2015/12/medical-school-interviews-do-sweat.html
The focus isn't on like a long list of stuff to learn, but key pointers on giving yourself the edge when it comes to your interview performance.
The points are somewhat transferrable, so it may be useful for anyone that has an interview coming up (not just the potential medics)!

They're not new year's resolutions, there more "things I've been doing for a while to some success and would like to continue doing and maybe do better", but that's not as pithy http://www.lookingforcarolinemarie.co.uk/post/136405303781

I made a list of all my bookish resolutions for 2016. Does anyone else have any? It'd be great to compare :-)

Interesting. I never thought to do bookish resolutions. I have resolved to read everyday (although that is a thing I always tried to do anyway), read 100 books (I did 109 last year) and update my blog at least twice a month (but that's not related to bookish, because I didn't mean my bookish blog).

Maybe I should try and review books as soon as I read them as well. I can collect them and then publish them all at the end of each month.

Also, I'm only into page 119 of the book I started on New Years Day, so don't feel like you're slipping or whatever. I did a reading competition thing for December and read over 4000 pages in the month and now I'm six days in and not even at 150! It's very small print, and very wordy, in my defence

Thanks, wow that's an amazing amount of books! It's good to know I'm not the only one but some books just feel like they take forever to read :/
