Any predictions for this years b3, c3 and p3???
I have a feeling for c3 it could be on periodic table and how its changed over time
For p3 it could be on centripetal force, or electromagnetic induction
For b3 I really can't say cuz it's so broad.
6 marker for unit 2's

c2- electrolysis, eg what happens at each electrode and its uses (electroplating)
b2- stem cells and the ethics, or maybe on pancreas and liver and their roles in digestion
p2- Something about the stars, nuclear fusion or it could be on conducting a practical that you've done in class
4 markers

b2- Mitosis or Meiosis, roles of tissues in organs, specialised cells, limiting factors, genetic diagrams
c2- covalent bonding (like a really hard one), gas chromatography, reacting mass calculations
p2-resultant forces, car safety eg crumple zones, momentum, pd graphs, how an rccb works, uses of radiation

I dunno how we could have a 6 marker on centripetal force, such a small topic. Maybe electromagnetic induction or say, the parts of the eye etc
Does anyone have useful core science aqa notes? Just writing my core science exam this year. I've started making notes for b1 and I can share mine
Does anyone know how the breaks work between the unit 2 to unit 3 exams? Do we just get handed the next paper or is there an actual break?

You get a two minute break to go to the toilet. You cannot leave the exam hall otherwise this is because you can choose as a school whether to do unit 3 or 2 first so people might be talking about it online. You are not allowed access to your phone and you have to stay in your seat unless you have to go to the toilet and that is only if you have nice moderators.

Our school told us we do unit 2, hand it in and our only break is watching unit 3 being given out

No as other people may have done the units in a different order to you so they may discuss answers online.
