If you mean the highest amount, then ppl really need to control their notes and not let them alert every 5 seconds for every wee thing so the amount just accumulates for their ego
Unless you're a surgeon or Shakira's manager no one should honestly have 100s all at once unless you're ignoring them all or they're settings for likes you get
You're most likely [obsessively] answering them each time they alert, if you actually know them, and clearing out the ones that are worthless, or managing what notifications you get...
Which should leave you with at most double digit amount...the highest amount of missed calls, voicemail, and messages I've received if my phone's been off hours or I'm asleep for hours, then it's usually in the 20s, no more than 50 tbf

I have everything like social media apps disabled so I don't get notes for them

If you mean altogether the times I've been called, texted, notified, updated, etc
then surely ppl as well as myself might get in the 1000s everyday depending on their apps and settings
