For the selfie question I think the first bit was A (can't remember what A was though...) and the one about background, as she said something along the lines of "ranger" which is to tidy
I don't think it's the smile or serious expression ones, as she said it's important to smile (rather than it's unnatural to smile) and she didn't like serious expressions
EDIT: for the first question the last disadvantage is that it's hard to find housing/an apartment

Its out of 300 (total UMS) and you would need 240 for an A

Nope, there is 90 ums for speaking, 90 for writing, 60 for listening and 60 for reading.
For the last written question about preparing for your exams, I think I remember it saying 'pay attention to what you eat' as well as 'eat a well-balanced diet'
