self assessment help!!!

i need to find online self assessments for my assignment so i can analyse the results but i cant find any but they need to be reputable :/

iv tried mindtools but its useless! i need one where i can answer by clicking differnet options

what do you mean? do u mean markschemes?

no i mean like questionaires that give you the results and sort of explain the results

itas business management but its more to assess myself ie weaknesses etc
iv already got numerical skills and decision making, need one more area to find but i cant think :/
maybe management skills or leadership skills. i have no experience in this at all but this is my career goal so maybe this could be my final choice
