What topic did you not do from question 5?

I didn't do the Helsinki Conference because I had no idea how to make it a whole paragraph without having to waffle because I only know one sentence about it.

I'm a bit disappointed that nothing about Cuba came up ://

I thought it was okay to be honest, I'm slightly annoyed that nothing on Cuba came up though, it's my favourite topic. The wording of the source question kind of confused me, I didn't understand whether it was asking about Gorbachev's attitudes changing over the course of the 'Second Cold War' (I thought he was pretty consistent from start to finish?) or about his attitudes towards change in the USSR if that makes sense. Also for the Prague Springs question, for my second key feature, I started writing about Khrushchev rather than Brezhnev and I essentially started writing about Nagy's reforms instead. I quickly changed it though so it wasn't a disaster. For the last question, I just wrote about the Berlin Crisis, Khrushchev's Ultimatum, the Refugee Crisis and the Construction of the Berlin Wall. I didn't understand why the time period went up to 1963, but I guess it's because of Kennedy's visit to Berlin.

For the 16 mark question, did you make 3 points e.g. the berlin ultimatum, the berlin wall is built and another point for instance the U2 spy plane incident.

they'll probably mark nicer on the 13 marker cause apparently quite a few people wrote about the berlin blockade of 48-49! thank god hehe

For Q6, I talked about Refugee Crisis, Building Of The Wall and Kennedy's Speech. I completely blanked in the exam..for the first twenty minutes, I couldn't even string a sentence together and I'm predicted an A* in History.

For Q1, I talked about the number of people executed + imprisoned and then I freaked out 'cuz I couldn't find anything else, so I mentioned Rakosi's use of the Secret Police to do his 'salami' tactics.
Q2, I talked about how Khrushchev supported Kadar's government, and I also talked about the number of Soviet troops and tanks deployed in Hungary.
Q3, weird as ****, I didn't understand anything? Nevertheless, I discussed how both sources were incomplete and did not talk about the pre-existing changes, hence it wasn't super reliable. I also talked about how it showed that the SDI peaked Gorbachev's interest in changing the way things were run in the Soviet Union.
Q4, I did Prague Spring Reforms, where I discussed the relaxation of censorship/distribution of power to regional governments/Czech Parliament and how it affected Czechoslovakia. I also talked about legalization of opposition parties/tolerance to criticism for the second point. I kinda merged all 6 reforms into 2 points, to enforce a point.
Q5, I did the last 3 (skipped Potsdam), and that question literally saved me cuz I attempted it first and it helped boost my confidence and jolt me back to reality because I was so defocused and fuzzy for the first twenty minutes. I said that Marshall Aid highlighted the division between the two superpowers, Helsinki Conference showed cooperation but Carter Doctrine just dragged it back down, and ended detente.

How do you guys think I did? I desperately need an A* but you know, sometimes things don't go the way as planned. Good luck to all! :P

i did for the reforms basically

i wrote about how they were introduced to revitalise czech economics/politics/social life then i explain that w some of the reforms e.g. market socialism, official gov tolerance of opposition groups and political criticism etc

then another key feature i said that they lead to the ussr invasion and therefore the reforms didnt last long bc of the brezhnev doctrine and moscow protocol?
