UGENT URGENT ''Fee Assessment'' .. PLZ HELP :(

I am trying to complete my fee assessment for my university but there is a question I didn't understand and I have no one to ask and I can't contact the university as it is Bank Holiday :frown:

So there is a questions asking about the reason of dependency ! What does that mean ? like what should I write about ???

I've attached a pic to see the question (the highlighted)

It seems to be worded weirdly but it's basically saying if you are the Spouce, civil Partner or dependant child of an EU, Turkish or Swiss national then you need to explain what the relationship is. If you are one then maybe you write that it's yourself?
