UKCAT will I get in?
I got a average score of 587.
510 in verbal, 750 in quantitative, & 500 in abstract.
I got band 3 in situational judgement.
I am eligible for partner offers of ABB, and BBC if I take a 6yr course. Will the UKCAT Score stop me getting offers?

Honestly, it is a very low UKCAT. You'll need to have a look at the UKCAT requirements for the route you are eligible for.
