need help with PSYC UNIT 3 - biological rhythms

They could ask a question on 'describe the nature of sleep'... I hve so much AO1 but I need serious help with how to evaluate that essay!! :frown:

i.e. A01 I would use:
Kleitmans stages of sleep
physiology of sleep
dreaming [and a few studies]

then oh god... WHAT DO I DO FOR AO2?!
I heard you can use disorders of sleep and lifespan ages to eval... but how? how else can i evaluate? any help please, im paniccing.

use alternative theories and compare them to you AO1 stuff, methodological/ethical issues with any theories given, also some evidence/studies backing up your AO1
