Hi everybody!

I've been conditionally accepted at:
University of Manchester (BSc Economics)

and

University of Exeter (BSc Economics and Finance)

but have no idea which one to choose as my firm/insurance

Any suggestions?

Please give me reasons why one is better than the other in terms of reputation, location, accomodation, nightlife, activities, academic standards, etc...

Exeter-stunning countryside, campus Uni, great course (narrowly rejected my economics and maths offer there in favour of edinburgh:o: ), South of england! Good for sports, surfing etc. Don't bother about rep or prestige or any of that crap...they are pretty comparable, if anything exeter has it...

Cant comment on the actual course but Manchester is a great city to live in as a student. Where are you from? i.e. where do you need to get home to in non-term time. I've only spent an evening in Exeter but didn't like it. If it were me; Manchester would be my choice.

If you've not been to Exeter and Manchester, spend a weekend in both getting a feel of the place.
I had this toss up

I went for Exeter cause I have lots of family and friends in manchester, and I know the city very well, have my own friend/fam and social groups. I wanted somewhere new
I don't think i would stay on and live in Exeter though.
