i'd never wash new clothes. the fact that someone else has possibly worn that particular item of clothing for all of... oooh... four minutes really doesn't bother me. and if the clothes i was trying on were, for some reason, very disgusting, as though the smelliest person on the planet had gone running in them or something, then i wouldn't buy them in for first place.
