Can anyone please help? My HND results are being withheld by my tutor! I am not in debt with the college or anything like that.. I don't know what to do as my university place is in the balance :'(

Did you ask why...

I don't think he is allowed to withhold them, but he has! I don't no why, I have asked but I have not spoken to my tutor directly as he is on holiday! It was the colleges examinations officer who told me why I haven't recieved my results or replys from offers..even UCAS seems stumped on the matter :s

Complained to College and UCAS. My uni place is resting on this and I really would prefer to get the uni's accomodation as it would save alot of hassle..I'm stuck :s
