Best day to buy fish?
Hello all.
I seem to recall seeing on a cooking show that there is a "best day" to buy fish...
Apparently it's a weekly cycle or something and.. I think it's either Tuesday or Wednesday.
I've tried googling to no avail.
Does anyone know anything about this? - or is it false?
