I just made and consumed a truly kickass Tuna, fresh button and shiitake mushroom, lamb's lettuce, rocket and watercress salad.

Sounds like a delicate, subtle dish to gently and nimbly grace the palate. Except I went to town with the Tabasco. POW! Right in the kisser!
