I am one of these!

Got myself unconditional offers for Computer Science (G400) and Computer Science for Games (G454).

Anyone else either applying/accepting/doing either of these courses?

I do computer science at UWE, so anything you wanna know, just ask and ill try get back to you. CompSci for games looks cool, they didnt offer that when i started.

Looking at getting a pretty decent laptop as more sorta investment for the future sorta thing...

Hi, I am thinking of doing Computer Science at UWE and was wondering:

What kind of topics you study

When you applied for it was it what you thought it was going to be like or was it different

How much programming do you do and what languages you study (want to be a programmer when I'm older but from what i see no uni's in the UK actually base a whole course on it).

Last one isn't on Computer Science but I am wondering what the environment around the uni's like - like the whole atmosphere of the place
