International student fees goes up each year at the rate of inflation or sometimes it doesn't go up at all, depending on the university.

Well I said 'as far as I know' and actually the fees at my uni for international students are set at 10k atm so I don't think its unreasonable to say the home fees will pretty much attempt match this
