PFF1 And Evidence Help!

Basically, I have submitted my application. I entered my parents financial details and all etc. Now it says I need to send evidence as a PFF1 form.

We are waiting for the items below. Please tick the items you are sending and then click 'Print Cover Letter'.

Sponsor 2 PFF1 Form / Declaration....

Couple of questions I really need help with!!!!!!

1. Do both my parents need to send off the PFF1 form?!

2. Where can I find the PFF1 form for 2011/2012.. cant seem to find it anywhere?!

3. And do both my parents need to send off a P90 form as well as this form?!

Both parents need to fill in a PFF1 each.

Ditto same problem, in the correspondence history they have sent me a *PFF2* form, when they are asking PFF1 form. They have all the details/evidence and they're asking for the same stuff again??
