Looks like it's one of those word puzzles they like to throw in. The Q near the end is bamboozling me, I'm afraid.

Looks like they all equate to something, and I'm hopeful that it will spell out a word when we get all the right letters.

Okay, I've solved silver. Best clue I can give you is that Q is charge, and Kb is Boltzmann and not the base dissociation constant.

You have to use a different equation, instead of the usual ideal gas equation.
