Student Finance Deadline before UCAS choice deadline?!

Hi,

Student Finance deadline is 31st may yet my UCAS tells me that I do not have to reply to my offers until 7th June. I still haven't made my mind up of which Uni I am going to yet.

I read on Student Finance site that you can change your course and university details after you have applied, and you can just state your first choice uni for now.

Yet, I am wondering if that is for people who still do not know if they meet their results or not. I know already that I have met my requirements for my university, whichever I choose. Has anyone been in the same situation?
Will student finance still let me change my university choice afterwards if I decide that I made the wrong decision before I start my course?
