My Teacher said the A* would be like 79+ btw, i think i got around 76-83, or something, but i mean, Non calc is my weaker one so :frown: but im sure you will all do "top notch"

Lol. I know people that got A* and are struggling to get a C at Further Maths at A level. So GCSE is not representative of a persons true ability.

:'o should I just do normal maths then
what subjects are you choosing for ALEVELS

Mr M,Have you seen the calculator paper for friday??:s-smilie:
And you know the revision checklist you gave us for the calculator paper? Are they definitely gonna have questions on these particular topics?? :s-smilie:
Gonna take a break from revision tonight, totally overworked myself during half term. I'll return to Maths revision on Wed/Thursday. Thanks for the revision list Mr Mr!

Hi again

I believe that you would get a mark for including the x since the gradient is the "m" part of y=mx+c so it is absolutely necessary to include the x.

No that is incorrect.
Original post by dabest2500
Hi, I put 4x^-1 for question 12 instead of 4/x.
Will I still get the marks?

yes

Do you know if you can get the Foundation results mate? Non-Calculator?

does it really matter?

Not at all. I was merely overstating my annoyance for effect.

Do you know if it's possible to download the paper from somewhere? Thanks for the unofficial mark scheme. It's much appreciated.
