Cardio

I've been at the gym for just over a month, mainly doing weights and rowing. While i'm building muscle, not really losing much fat on chest and stomach and bum etc.

I want to get in as best shape as I can in a month doing whatever it takes. What do people recommend to try and achieve this aim. I'm thinking some kind of sprints and running programme on top of gym work, but not sure.

Get some running in and drop your calorie intake by 500 a day.

Depends what you want to achieve i.e more muscle, fitness?

yeh, heard about the hiit thing, so may try that. Basically want to look bit slimmer and toned on chest and stomach etc

well you have to lose fat all over, it cant just come off your chest and stomach. for a beginner just eat less and run.
