Stethoscope choice for medical school (2024) - Littmann Classic III or Cardiology IV?

Hello,

I am starting Graduate Entry Medicine this coming September and have been thinking about what I will need. I have seen debates on what stethoscope you need as a student, with the knowledge that you may be using that same stethoscope for years into being a doctor.

Choosing between the two models in the title, what would current healthcare students/professionals suggest?

I worry about how much the more expensive Cardio. IV improves your auscultation ability and provides an advantage over the Classic III in practice. Is the difference negligible or is it worth getting the Cardio. IV?
